Cherry Crest offers party barn rentals. Great for family reunions, birthday parties, any group outing or just to have a private area for your day at Cherry Crest Adventure Farm.
Both barns have electrical outlets and counter space.

**Admission to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is not included in the rental fee and is required for all guests.
**Group discount available with any pre-purchased tickets ($2.00 off per person). Call office for details.
Gathering Barn "B"
Our largest barn is located at the west end of the Barnyard between the Hay Tent and Ball Corral with convenient access to all of the Barnyard fun.
Rental Fees:
Weekdays (May-September)
All day rental $60
Saturdays
(May & June) - All day rental $60
(July, August & September) - 1/2 Day $50
Fall Fridays & Saturdays (October & November)
10am-2pm or 3pm-dusk $50

Gathering Barn "C"
Situated on the north side of the Courtyard, this barn offers a great view of the Courtyard activities.

(July, August & September) - 1/2 Day $30
Fall Fridays & Saturdays (October & November)
10am-1:30pm or 2:30pm-6pm or 6:30pm-10pm $30

Reservation Policy
- Payment for the barn rental must be received within 14 days from the date the reservation is made or the slot will be made available to other groups. For reservations made within 14 days of scheduled visit, payment must be received prior to arrival.
- If available, barns can be rented upon arrival the day of your visit to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm. Rentals are on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellation Policy
- Barn Rental Cancellation up to 30 days prior to visit – Cherry Crest Adventure Farm will refund the amount paid for the barn rental and any food vouchers.
- Barn Rental Cancellation within 30 days of visit – No refund will be issued.
- Inclement Weather Policy: If Cherry Crest Adventure Farm closes due to inclement weather the Barn Rental Fee will be refunded. Due to unpredictable weather patterns, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm may wait until the afternoon to make a decision on the availability of evening events. If your group wishes to cancel prior to a decision being made by Cherry Crest Adventure Farm, please contact our group coordinator for further details on our Inclement Weather Policy.
- Cancellation for birthday cake orders is needed 24 hours in advance of a scheduled party or party will be charged for the cake.
Additional Information
- All attendees must purchase admissions tickets prior to going to the party barn.
- The group leader must check in at Admissions prior to going to the party barn.
- Group must have party barn cleaned up and vacated promptly by the end of the reserved time.
- Party areas close when property closes.
- Groups may bring their own food.
- Additional food is available for purchase at our concession stands
- Food vouchers & birthday party upgrade items must be pre-purchased.
